Borax has long been recognized for its disinfectant and deodorizing properties. Mix 55g/1/2 cup borax into 4lts/1 galion hot water or undiluted vinegar and clean with this solution.
2 tablespoons borax 55ml/1/4 cup lemon juice 450ml/2 cups hot water
Combine the borax and lemon juice with the water in a spray bottle. Use as you would any commercial all-purpose cleaner.
Isopropyl alcohol is an excellent disinfectant. Sponge on and allow to dry. Use in a well-ventilated area and wear gloves. Keep it away from children.

Lavender contains up to 50 per cent of an ingredient called linalool which kills bacteria and viruses. Put 20 drops of pure essential oil of lavender in 1 cup of water. and spray the air table tops. door knobs etc., anywhere you would usually use a disinfectant.
For a good natural bleach alternative take a 4ltr/1 galion jug. fili jug up halfway with water add 225ml/1 cup of Castile soap, then dilute 40g/1/3 cup of salt and 60g/1/2 cup of baking soda and add 225ml/1 cup of vinegar. Shake and finish filling up with water.
