Start with paper strip, vallcy fold.
Fit opcning of foldcd strip over conc end (sce next step).
Wrap completely around cone end. Apply glue as y°u go.
Using smali size Base Fold 11. form pompom (see snow-man pages 16-17).
Glue pompom to one sidc of tip of hat. Rotate.
Yalley fold to one side as shown, glue to hołd pompom in posilion.
Completed pan 1 (hat) of Santa Claus. (A large-sized hat makes a cute decoration in itself!)
