Abnormal color-^Replace

Normal color is a medium-to-light tan color.

5.    Clean the spark pług with a spark pług clean-er or wire brush.

6.    Measure:

«Plug gap @

Use a Wire Gauge or Feeler Gauge.

Out of specification-*Regap.

Spark Pług Gap:

0.5 -0.8 mm (0.020 - 0.024 ars)

7. Tighten:

©Spark plug(s)

Before installing a spark pług, cłean the gasket and pług surfaces.

NOTĘ:.._    ...........

Finger-tighten the spark piug(s) before torquing to specification.

Spark Pług:

25 Nm (2.5 m.kg, 18

8. łnstall:

©Lower cowling

IGNITION TIMING CHECK Adjustment free.

ENGINE OłL LEVEL CHECK 1. Check:

©Oil level

Oil levei łow->Add sufficient oił.

Reeommsnded Oil:

Yamaiube "2" or Air Cooled 2 Stroke Engine Oii with "BIA Certified for Sen/ice TC-W"

Oil Tank Capacity:

0.73 L (0.84 Irnp qt, 0.77 US qt)
