Pest deterrents/control

Dust mites

Dab a few drops of tea tree oil onto a tissue, then place that in your vacuum cleaner bags for a fresh scent and to help kill dust mites as you clean.

Flies

Try this fabulous recipe for deterring flies. It smells good enough to have in any room in the home.

Moths

Use cedar chips, shredded newspapers, lavender flowers - moths don't like the smell.

Rodents

To deter rodents. wipe pantry doors and cupboards with a towel damp-ened with tea tree oil. You can also leave a few drops of the oil at the rodents' points of entry.

Keep things clean! Dont leave food out for mice to eat. Food. after all. is why they entered your home to begin with. Don't oblige them.
