CRANKCASE

1. Apply:

»Yamabond No.4

To the mating surfaces of both crankcase halves.

Yamabond No.4: A CC-110C1-30-0

2. Install:

»0-rings °Dowel pins (J>

Onto the crankcase (Lower)

3. Fit the right crankcase onto the left case. Tap iightly on the case with a soft hammer.

Before instaliing and toirqoing the crankcase holding screws, be sura to check whether the transmissron is functlonlng properSy by manually rotating the shift carrt either way.

4. Tighten:

°Screw (Crankcase)

NOTĘ: _______

Tighten the crankcase tightening screws in stages, using a crisscross pattern.

Screws (Crankcase):

€ Nm (0.8 m»kg, 5.8 ft*lb)
