Notions: 4 beads for each 6-stitch nepeat along each side, plus 4 for each side, plus 1 for each co mer.

Beaded Picot-3: Ch 1, slide bead up to hook, ch 1, pushing bead through stto right side of ch, ch 1, slip st i n 3rd chai n from hook.

Triple Beaded Picot-3: Ch 1, slide bead up to hook, ch 1, pushing bead through stto right side of ch, ch 1, slip st in 3rd ch from hook, (ch 1, slide bead up to hook, ch 1, pushing bead to right side, ch 1, slip st in same ch as fi ret slip st) two times.

Base md, each side: Multiple of 6 + 5 + corner sts.

Thread beads onto yarn. Begin 6 sts to left of corner st.

Rnd 1: Ch 1, sc in same st *ch 1, skip 1 st [sc in next st, ch 1, skip 1 st]** to corner sst, (sc, ch 1, sc) in corner st rep from * around, ending last rep at **, join with slip stto first sc.
