EXERC1SE.
READY POSITION.
Sit upright on a ohair, the feet a little way apart; body upright, ohest raised, arms bent with the baoks of the hande close to the shoulders, and the elbows pressed well back.
MOVEMENT.
(1) Stretoh the arms forward, at the same time ektending the fingere, exhaling.
(2) Puli the arms baek to the ready position, inhaling.
This oompletes the exercise once.
The musclea ohiefly brought into play:-Pectoralis major (3) Trapezius (131 Biceps 18) Triceps (9)
Perform this exercise daily.
