Course contents
Administrative proceedings under the Codę of Administrative Procedurę: Subjective and objective scope of the Codę. General Rules of Administrative process. A party of proceedings and attomey. The terms of doing things. Initiation of proceedings of its own motion or at the reąuest. Evidence in Administration process. Administrative decision, the legał naturę and structure of the decision. Appeals. Agitation of finał administrative decision: revision, annulment of the decision, alter the decision of the Office or at the reąuest of the party. Surrending certificates.
