You are in a shop in England.

The examiner is a shop assistant.

You want to complain about a pair of jeans.

Talk about:

• Bought on Tuesday - Zip is broken

• Give receipt. - New jeans?

• Money back?

• See different jeans?

• Jeans: not good, say why - money please!

• No time: 1.25pm bus - Phone manager now?

• Thanks - Good bye
