The dass is compulsory for all the students of the Instrumental Faculty.
The composition of the ensembles is set by the Chair of the Chamber Musie Department.
The aim of the chamber musie ensemble is to acquire practical abilities to work in a chamber musie, in-cluding the ability to cooperate with various instruments, analysis and synthesis of the text, considering the partner's parts. It is also aimed at getting to know the wide repertoire and preparing the students for stage performances.

Getting to know the main instrument literaturę throughout the ages, beginning from baroque up to the present times. Getting to know the most interesting artistic creations and aesthetical criteria evolutions. Using audiovisual recordings.

credits with a grade based on a test after the and 401 semester.

Getting the student acquainted with the ancient musie performance tradition, articulation principles, and particularly with aesthetical values of ancient musie.
Year III (semesters 5th and 6*) semester 5th - 2 hours weekly semester 6th -1 hour weekly group course
Completing the course is based on attending dass and participating in a public concert.

Preparing the student to perform 20th and 21* century musie in a role of a soloist or chamber musician.
