Somehow we have to a new approach or a new set ofapproaches to seriously renovate our entire building stock to an ambitious level (factor four?). Recently, BPIE stated that 97% of our building stock needs updating. Our Iow carbon strategies need us to increase our ambition, our population segments suffering from fuel poverty needgreater ambition. Ali ofus need greater ambition. OpenEXP has argued for a paradigm shift and that is seriously needed. Interestingly the Public Sector Executive website in Britain gives a comment on the Energiesprong approach, first developed in The Netherlands. The morę awareness that can be created for such approaches is most welcome.
