MP8187 ReadMe (1/2)
To install the MP8187, one can use the InstallShiled
wizard, Install8187MP_xxx.exe and follow steps
below:
1. Unplug all 8187 USB WLAN adapter(s) on your system.
2. Uninstall previously installed MP8187 and reboot. (Please
follow instructions in next section about uninstallation.)
3. Install new version MP8187.
4. After the installation completed successfully, plug ONE
RTL8187 USB WLAN adapter and install the following driver
for the new founded device: "Realtek RTL8187 Wireless USB
2.0 Adapter (Mass Production Test)".
Note. This driver can be founded in: Program Files\REALTEK
Semiconductor Corp\REALTEK RTL8187 WLAN NIC

To uninstall the program, one can use the following
shortcuts:
Start => All Programs =>
REALTEK RTL8187 WLAN NIC Massproduction Kit =>
Uninstall REALTEK RTL8187 WLAN NIC Massproduction
Kit

You can press  Load Map File to load
 8187.map file.
You can press  Save To Map File to save
setting to  8187.map file.
You can press  Load EEPROM to read
setting in the EEPROM.
You can press  Write to write setting to
EEPROM.

If you want to receive packets from the other MP program
(from the other RTL8187 USB WLAN adapter), you must
select  Rx test Packet only . (When you are in  Rx test
Packet only state, GUI icon shows  Rx All Packets in
Air .)
If you want to receive packets from IQ View or Signal
Generator, you must select  Rx All Packets in Air .
(When you are in  Rx All Packets in Air state, GUI icon
shows  Rx test Packet only .)
