For Google classroom. Once she uploaded the document she wanted to submit, but she didn't click turn in. Then the homework showed that she didn't hand it in. She explained to the teacher, but it was of no use.

Try to understand professor's word. The classmate's suggestions are as important as professor's suggestions.
