Conditions goirming the adoplion of amendments

1.    If an amendment is approvcd by a nujority of three quaners of the memben of the Aasembly in Office, the amcndmeni shall be dcchrcd adopted.

2.    If an amendment is approved by two succe*sivc IcghUturcs by a majority of two thirds of the memben penem and voong or by a nujority of the memben in officc, chc amendmenc shall be dedared adopted.

1.    Laws and regularioas which wert in force on 1 April 1941, and havc not sińce becn repealed by the Administcring Auihoriry and the laws ind reguiatioos enacted by tłuc Auihoriry, shall rcmain in force so locg as they havt not been repealed and to the octem chat they have not betn amended.

2.    In the event of cocfiia berween soch bws and regubtioru and this Constitudon, the Consrimoon shall prevad in accordance with Article 90 (3).
