S u m m a r y

This paper dcscribcs thc determination of basie forms of vitamins A and E in margarine and livcr sau-sage using reversed phase of HPLC with UV-V1S detection. Special attention was paid on influence of sample preparation on appointed content of substance (optimization of saponification conditions). Also statistical data analysis, based on margarine analysis and relative standard dcviation (RSD) for both vita-mins was performed. ||||
