Małgorzata Olczak Creativity of the university teacher (based on the idea of innovation of Roman Schulz)
The sociological concept behind the works of Roman Schulz pictures the work from the perspective of the social activity of the man, being held in specific, determining the work, socio-historical conditions, staying in interactions with: for the author, with other authors, for the work, with other creative products. The author is singling out four categories of behavior of the man, within which the work is taking place: autonomous culture-creating activity, modern human work, innovative social behavior, auto-creation. The fields of creative activity of the man constitute the canvas for the sociological model of the work, while the dimen-sions of the work are warp. The author is accepting universally recognized dimensions of the work, i.e. the work entity, creative product, creative process, work conditions.
Putting together these two elements: the fields and dimensions of the work enables to see the multitude and diversity of the innovative activities of the man.
The model of the works of Roman Schulz was analyzed in the context of the teaching work of the university teacher, and gaps, shortcomings and needs of support were shown.

The agriculture college as the instrument of development
of agricultural regions
Amongst colleges functioning in our country the important place is falling to higher education institutions having an agricultural profile. Their action is supporting the devel-opment of agriculture by educating top-class specialists, creating innovative Solutions and working for the protection of the natural environment from which they are drawing indis-pensable raw materials and other Stores. The purpose of this article is to show the role and meanings of agricultural colleges in the regional environment.

The graduate of a technical college on the labour market - on the example of surveys of graduates of the Gdańsk Technical University, year 2010
The article raises the problems of the current situation of graduates of technical colleges on the contemporary labor market. The fundamental assumptions and conclusions of the survey conducted amongst graduates of the Gdańsk Technical University year 2010. The authors took the task of presenting the conception, methodology of the survey and the research tool used (taking into account the specifics of the examination of the college graduates), that is a guestionnaire in an electronic form.
