8fc/ dear General,
i n
Yfith referenoe to our last convers^tion on 18th
September 1943, I would like to confirm its course and its substancei
1. I submitted that it would bo in the Polish 33 woli
aa in the Allied interest to use in operat ions the Folish A rwy Corps in the EJast as a whole, under the coamand of a Polish General. Splitting the Corps and the oyerational use of its divrisions could aaly have a detrimental effeot on the morale of the troops end on their fighting value. In case sonę of the units go to action while othar stay oehind this would cert&inly causo morał depre.--.sion among the latter
Frora a national stondpoint the use of the Corps as an en t i ty i3 af real aignificanoe to • ' 7,'
2, The Poliah Aro\y Corps in the Kast as a whołe will be r centy for action about lst January 1844, iii accordsnce vith ny ordez*s issuad to ha3ten the training in connecticm with the rapid developraents of the war situation. Only as far as the Tank Brygado is cancemed further delay might perhaps oocur.
And so on the lst of January the entire Corps could be used iri battle, In the name of tlie Poliah Arraed Forccs I declare our ardent desire to take part in the prsent offort of the AUies.
3. However, if at an earliar dato and as a result of develoYnents on the whole theatre of war, a real neoessity / I enphasize the word z-eal/ should arise of using in advance the
