Tliis paper of three parts. The first part cliaracterises synthetically the essence and the func-tion of public orders' system in the economy market. The second part presents the resnlts of auther research into markets of public orders in three counties in Ostrołęka region.
The tliird part summaries the research work under A. Borowicz. Leadership which was realized in Economical and Social High School in Ostrołęka.

Referat składa się z trzech części:
W części pierwszej scharakteryzowano syntetycznie istotę oraz funkcje systemu zamówień publicznych w gospodarce rynkowej. Część druga prezentuje wyniki badań autora nad rynkami zamówień publicznych trzech pow iatów podregionu ostrołęckiego. Trzecia część referatu rekapituluje natomiast program badawczy jaki pod kierownictw em A.Borow icza zrealizowano w WSES w Ostrołęce.
