(b) Revised Decree establishing the CAMEG and criteria for the satisfactory performance of the CAMEG during the period 1994-1999, which have been agreed upon with IDA (para. 3.24);
(1) A finał draft of the national micronutrient program with an implementation plan for the period, 1994-1999 (para. 3.28);
(j) A finał draft of the agreement for execution of the micronutrient deficiency component between the Govemment and UNICEF (para. 3.38);
During negotiations, the Govemment gave assurances that it woułd:
(a) Complete the hospital sector study by June 30, 1995 and implement a resulting action program, acceptable to IDA, by March 31, 1997 (para. 3.13);
(b) Complete preparations of a national redeployment pian by June 30, 1995, and implement said plan by March 31, 1997 (para. 3.18);
(c) Ensure that each Health District, as soon as its CMA has been fully upgraded, have in place throughout the duration of the project (1) minimal personnel based upon norms defined in Dicision No. 93-304/SASF/SG. to Staff the CMA and each of its constituent CSPS; (2) a District Health Plan (PDDS) for the district concerned; (3) a trained district health team; (4) a financial accounting system for the CMA and each of its constituent CSPS responsible for stocking and selling essential generic drugs; and (5) legał registration of a community management committee (CG) for the CMA concerned and for each of its constituent CSPS (paras. 3.15, 3.18, and 3.20);
(d) Ensure that the CAMEG meets the performance criteria which have been agreed upon between IDA and the Govemment and which are set out in Annex 2.4 (para. 5.6), in an attachment to the letter of sector policy (para. 3.24);
(e) Integrate micronutrients in the algorithms, supervision manuals, training curricula for the health district teams, patient cards, and ongoing training sessions of MCH and EPI services by October 31, 1994 (para. 3.30);
(f) Provide a detailed implementation plan of the micronutrient component for the first year of the Project by Project Launch Workshop (para. 3.30);
(g) Take actions to promote importation of iodized salt according to WHO standards and implement appropriate legał regulations thereto by March 31, 1996, based upon a feasibility study to be completed prior to the Project Launch Workshop (para. 3.33);
(h) Complete a national prevalence survey on dracunculiasis by July 31, 1995 and that the plan of eradication would be adjusted according to the conclusions of the survey (para. 3.38);
(i) Complete a survey of ongoing external fmancing in the health sector in Burkina Faso by July 1995 and implement a monitoring and coordinating system for such financing by July 31, 1996 (para. 3.51);
