Removal
Removing lock
1 Remove the door handle 1 by undoing the
two screws on the inside of the door.
2 Remove link 2 in the rear edge of the door

handle, turn 90° detach pull rod 3.

Note: Carefully prise off the pull rod and link.

3 Remove the bolts for the lock 4 in the side 1
of the door.

4 Prise out the lock.
5 Unscrew the central locking motor 5 from
the lock.
In order to change the central locking motor, the
door panel must be removed in order to gain
access to the joint in the electrical cable.
Removing rear view mirror
glass
1 Angle the mirror glass in order to gain
access to the lock spring on the rear.
2 Unplug the electrical connection to the mir-
ror glass.
Fit the parts in reverse order.
Note: Check that the lock spring is engaged.

Removal
Removing door window
1 Remove the frame 1 from around the door
window, starting at the upper edge.
2 Remove the screw in the lower edge of
switch panel 2 for the door window winder.
Unplug the electrical connection.
3 Remove door pocket 6.
4 Remove cover 3, armrest 4 and handle 5.
5 Remove fuse (No. 15) for cab lighting.
6 Remove the boarding lamp 8 and pass it
through the hole in the door panel.
7 Remove scraper strip 9.
8 Remove door panel 7, up/out.

Removal
9 Bend a hook to suspend the door window, or
use a strap.

10 Wind the door window almost fully up and
then lower it until it is suspended on the
hook or strap.
11 Disconnect electrical connector 10 for the
door window motor.
12 Detach the arm from the door window
winding mechanism through the hole
behind cover 11.
13 Remove the door opener 15.
14 Remove panel 12 in the door.
15 Drill out the  pop rivets in guide rail 13
for the door window and remove the
screws in the lower edge.
16 Remove the hook or strap holding the door
window.
17 Lift out guide rail 13 and door window 14.

Removing door, method 1
1 Remove the frame 1 from around the door

15 Disconnect the electrical cables to the cen-

Removal
Removing rear view mirrors
16 Remove the cover from the lower bracket
on the rear view mirror.
17 Undo the lower bracket and unplug electri-
cal cables.
18 Undo the upper bracket and remove the rear
view mirrors.
19 Remove the entire cable loom from the
door.
20 Remove the guide for the step in the lower
edge of the door.

Removal
21 Remove the gas spring from the cab corner
and fold forwards.
22 Remove the door stop in the door attach-
ment.
23 Use an overhead hoist and attach the door
using a lifting strap.
N.B. Be careful not to damage the aluminium
frame around the window.

Removal
24 Remove the covers over the door hinge.
25 Remove the cover strip from the corner pil-
lar.
26 Remove the door pins using hammer and
drift.
27 Lift the door with the overhead hoist.
Removing door, method 2
1 Lower the door window about 1 dm.
2 Remove the cover under the instrument
panel.
3 Unplug the electrical connector.
4 Remove the cable clip under the front door
pillar.
5 Prise away the cable lead-in.
6 Pull out the wiring harness.
7 Remove the door stop in the door attach-
ment.

8 Use an overhead hoist and attach the door
using a lifting strap.
N.B. Take care not to damage the frame around
the door window.
9 Remove the covers over the door hinge.
10 Remove the cover strip from the corner pil-
lar.
11 Remove the door pins using hammer and
drift.
12 Lift the door with the overhead hoist.

Fitting door window
1 Fit door window 14 in guide rail 13.
2 Align the door window in the guide rails in
the door.
3 Fit the hook or strap to the window. Lower
the window into the space.
4 Pop rivet the guide rail to the door, starting

with the upper holes.
5 Raise the window and attach the hook or
straps.
6 Do up the screws in lower edge of guide
rail.
7 Locate panel 12, align arm with window
winder mechanism and fit cover 11.
8 Remove hook or strap.
9 Fit the door opener 15.
10 Fit electrical connector 10 to window
winder motor.

11 Temporarily connect switch panel 2 and
check that the window moves easily in the
guide rail.
12 Thread the boarding lamp 8 through the
hole in the door panel.
13 Fit door panel 7.
14 Bolt on the boarding lamp.
15 Fit handle 5, armrest 4 and cover 3.
16 Fit scraper strip 9.
17 Fit door pocket 6.
18 Connect switch panel 2 to window winder
and screw in place.
19 Fit door moulding 1 around the door win-
dow.
20 Fit fuse (No. 15) for cab lighting.

1 Lift the door into position using overhead

2 Using a hammer, knock the pins through the
door hinges.
3 Fit the cover strip to the corner pillar.
4 Fit the plastic covers on the upper hinge.
5 Fit the door stop.

23 Fit rear view mirrors, connect electrical
cable, screw upper and lower bracket in
place.
24 Fit cover to the lower bracket on the rear
view mirror.

Fitting door, method 2
1 Lift the door into position using overhead
