Turn the disc 90
degrees so the blue
marker is facing
you.
Press down hard on
the blue marker to
flatten the tent in a
figure of 8 shape.
Use your right
hand to keep
the tent on the
floor (in the
centre of the 8).
Use your left hand to pull one half
of the 8 over the other,
to make a circle.
Check that your
arms are open wide,
with 2 pole hoops in
each hand.
Bring your right
arm to your
chest, keeping
hold of the
poles, then your
left arm.
