Objectives and

learning outcomes:

Familiarize the participants with the totality of the arbitration

and its determinants, with the subject of action for setting aside

arbitration award, recognition and ascertainment concerning the

possibility of execution of an arbitration award or a settlement

concluded in arbitral tribunal. Moreover lecture covers the issue

of permanent courts of conciliation including ICC and general

introduction to the ADR and discussion of all regulations of

civil mediation including Directive of the EU 2008/52/Ec.
