Confirmation Testing

Patient position: supine; flex, abduct,
and externally rotate the hip, flex the
knee

Apply the proximal end of the Kinesio
Tex to the inferior ramus of the pubis
and medial aspect of the groin.

Stabilize the base of the tape and pull
the skin toward the groin to increase
tissue tension.

Apply the other end of the Kinesio
Tex to the medial joint line of the
knee.

Completed Kinesio Tex application:
