Ćwiczenie ma na celu zapoznanie się ze sposobem wyznaczania diagramów fazowych z wykorzystaniem metody analizy termicznej. |

2.Sposób wykonania ćwiczenia. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
W przeprowadzonym ćwiczeniu wykorzystane zostały cztery stopy Sn-Pb o następójących składach 25%,60%,70%,90% Sn.Stopy te umieszczono w pojemnikach wyknanych z materiału ceramicznego, podgrzewanych oporowo.Temperatura grzania każdego stopu z osobna rególowana była za pomocą transformatorów nastawianych recznie.Temperature mierzono za pomoca termopar chromel-alumel umieszczonych w stopach, połączonych z urządzeniem elektronicznym automaty- cznie zczytójącym temperatury stopów co dwie minuty i przesyłajacym je do komputera.Wyniki pomiarów rejestrowane były na komputerze wraz z krzywymi obrazującymi zmiany.Po nagrzaniu stopów do temperatury topnienia grzanie przerwano a termopary umieszczono na wysokości 1 cm powyżej dna naczynia ze stopem i rozpoczęto chłodzenie, prowa- dząc dalszą rejestrację zmian temperatury.Pomiar prowadzono do momentu uzyskania temperatury stopów w której są one już z pewnością w całości ciałem stałym. |
