IL – rady dla wyjeżdżającego kolegi zagranicę.
Dear Andrzej,
Thanks very much for your letter, and of course I’m only to glad to help you. Here are a few things you can try before going to Egypt. I was there six months ago.
First of all, I think you should take appropriate clothing. Remember that the temperature during the day reaches forty degrees Celsius. Clothes should be light and airy. That way your body won’t be overheated.
Another good idea is to drink a lot of water. But buy only bottled water. It you do this, you’ll sure you will not get sick with same exotic disease.
Perhaps you shouldn’t worry about a visa, you’ll buy it on airport. This would mean that you’ll not have to visit the Egyptian embassy in Warsaw.
If I were you, I take a credit card with you, Euros and a little bit of local currency. At a hotel and shops you can pay by cards and Euros, and on a bazaars you’ll pay with Egyptian pounds. This will protect you from frauds and stealing money.
Let’s hope that things are not bed and you’ll survive your best vacation in your life. After returning from Egypt, write to me if my advice was useful to you . I wish you a successful holiday.
Lots of love,
XYZ
