how I create days upon days of ultimate productivity.
It goes without saying that many people never understand what
productivity is or worse they never aim to actually learn about being
more productive.
Well I decided to share with you some of my secrets, as an one-line
entrepreneur these secrets help my life become more stable and
allow me to live the life of freedom working at home and still
making sure I work hard and consistently.
I hope you take this book and make sure that it something you
learn from.
Now lets move on and start some self discovery regarding you and
your productivity.

Is the work you do getting results?
Here's a question, that I ask you but also encourage you to ask
yourself from time to time if not every day.
That is to look at your days work and say to yourself...
Is this really doing me/my business any good?
I think you'll find some very strange answers to this when you take
the time to sit and think about all the possible answers.
I used to never ask myself these questions, not ever and it was the
time of watching the Secret film that I got interested in self
development.
I realised there was a lot that I was not doing that I should be
doing.. in fact I started to realise just how much time I was wasting
each and every day.
I thought I was right in what I was doing but truly everything I
done each day was not organised, not thorough and certainly no
producing any results..
Is your life like mine was.. if so start asking yourself this question
and think hard about the answers.
It's this one question that could change your whole perception of
what you already believe.

How many hours per week are you really being
productive?
This is another analysis of your daily life that needs to be looked
at..
Basically if like the old me, you work long and hard but never see
any results, but are you really working long and hard?
Here's what I discovered.
I spent at least 12+ hours per day on my computer working at
what I believed to be hard work and work that was to show results.
The sad truth was that after analysing my situation and grinding
down the the actual amount of hours I spent productively working
it was proving to be much less than 12 X 7 X 3 hundred odd days.
Stare at this blankly thinking what do I mean could be your actual
thinking right now, but it's true it was less than half of that once
calculated.
It wasn't that I didn't have the knowledge to break up those 12
hour long days into smaller more productive days, it was the clutter
in my life the undeniable want inside of me to spend a few minutes
here and there procrastinating.. Yes procrastinating.
If you don't know what this is, you've got to know that it is when
you plan to do something, but end up doing something else, even if
it is that you only do something else for a few short moments you
still have procrastinated and these few moments mean that you're
certainly unconsciously planning to do more and more of it.

What should you do about this?
I'm going to outlay exact steps I take to make sure that I get as
much done as I possibly can each day without being over or under
productive.
Hopefully my methods will help you just as much as they help me,
some you may not agree with but I can guarantee that taking even
a little bit of what I say on-board today will change your life.
1. Stop Procrastinating
Ok simple in theory but difficult to master, but outlining what your
get in the ways in life that cause procrastination can help.
Here's what you do.
Write down everything that you do on a day to day basis that is
distracting you from your work. Write all of them down and I mean
all of them.
Once you've written down everything that is not helping you get on
with your work and make these the actions you only carry out at a
specific time I.e out of work hours.
Some example of these might be Reading emails, Social Networking
(facebook etc) and chatting in forums.
The biggest example I can provide is READING INFORMATION..
You need to understand this is a big no no during work hours.

2. Plan your schedule
Planning your days work has to be the most important of all for
being productive, this means that you plan ahead for your days
work. I don't recommend planning your weeks work as this
becomes too much to stick to as you never know what is around
the corner.
An example of my plan for today was.
Write an article.
Write this ebook.
Recode my website.
Manage my workforce.
It was a simple day today as I didn't want a difficult day but usually
I fit in at least 4-8hours of solid work per day.
3. Work one thing at a time
With your daily plan being the most important what is right up
there and equal with planning ahead is to work one action at a
time.
Yes this means you need to work on one project at a time. So today
I assigned 30 minutes for my article, 2 hours for my website, 1
hour for this ebook and and an hour for managing my workforce.
So you too need to only work one project for a solid and set
amount of time in order to boost productivity.

4. Assign Specific Amounts of time to your projects
Ok so you've now learned to plan ahead and work one project at a
time, now you also need to set a time scale that you wish to work
on each one.
So you may want to set an hour to one and 2 hours to another.
However most people work differently so you need to find a sweet
spot for your time schedule, it may be 30 minutes or it may be 2
hours but the secret is to stop right away and to return to the
project at a later time. This brings us onto breaks.
5. Take breaks
In between this busy schedule of yours, it's very important that you
take breaks, these breaks can be anything from 10 minutes to an
hour.
I know it's hard to take a break, but if you have other commitments
in life use these to ease your mind that you aren't actively working,
and remember if you aren't working for yourself you'd be glad of a
break rather than hating yourself for it.
So make sure to take regular breaks between each project.
6. Don't forget your commitments
It's all to easy to forget your commitments, and I for one know this,
my dog was neglected for long enough while I was too busy
building my on-line business, it was only upon applying all of these
methods that my dog actually had a schedule in my daily life, also it
was a perfect opportunity to take a break.

7. Don't forget fun activities
One big mistake you can make is to forget to add fun to your life,
and it's a very big mistake you can make, for me tis ranges from
joining my mates for a laugh or training my dog (yes I consider
training my dog fun :D )
So don't forget fun activities.
8. Leave time for food
Food is most important and vital for your success, leave time for
solid health meals, forget processed foods, at least make the effort
to eat healthily even adding some fruit to your diet helps.
Most important of all DON'T FORGET TO HAVE A RELAXING BREAK
AFTER EATING.
9. Tidy up often
Here's something that sometimes I still forget to do and from
writing this book I've just added it to my action plan. That I have to
tidy up often.
This includes clearing my office out from junk, clearing my
computer desktop and generally removing anything from my life
that is just cluttering it up.
10.
Ask yourself questions.
This is great for your self esteem, each day you want to ask
yourself questions, mostly where, how, why and when as you'll be
able to make the most of these questions.

One question I like to ask myself is, that if I got enough done
today. I then continue to question myself with more like, how did I
get enough done, or why didn't I get enough done. These
questions are very powerful so don't forget to question yourself
everyday.
11.
Always complete important tasks even if they're
tedious.
It's easy to have to do something in fact you always have to do
something but it's even more easy to forget to so it or put it off. A
great example is replying to an important email
Don't leave the email, add it to your schedule in fact maybe have
15 minutes per day for these important tasks an complete them
within this time period.
Finally I would like to add that you need to adhere to these rules,
these are the exact rules I use in my life and ever since applying
them my productivity has scaled, my knowledge is more complete,
in fact I believe that many people need to look at their current day
to day activities and analyse like I did mine.
You don't have to follow my exact steps to productivity, but I've left
enough room in this book for you to think of some for yourself.
12. Listen to music
Listening to music is proven to boost productivity, it's not for
everyone but if you don't try it you'll never know if it works for you.
Some relaxing music is what works for me, usually I head over to
youtube and listen to any of the relaxing music on there and even

create a playlist.
13.
Don't overload yourself with information
This is all too common with work at home businesses especially if
it's working on-line. You need to understand that overloading your
workload is a big no. This means even information seeking needs to
be kept to a minimum. Take this and couple it with stop
procrastinating, i.e. add information seeking to your list of
procrastination and you'll have super results.
14.
Do Nothing
VERY IMPORTANT you do this, and that is do nothing. Each week I
plan ahead for a day that I will do nothing business or work related,
I will laze about the house, take the dog for a walk, go meet some
friends, but best of all.. I do nothing work related. This is VERY
IMPORTANT, do not forget to plan ahead for a day of doing nothing.
15.Last of all Take Action on what you already know
When building a home business, may it be an on-line or off-line
business I can guarantee that within 1 month you already have
enough information on-board to take sufficient action that will build
your business. So stop lazing about and TAKE ACTION.
To Your Success.
