üð What are the consequences for planning and carrying out your activity?
Aims and realization
üð What aims and objectives should be reached with your activity?
üð What results/products will be achieved at the end of your activity?
üð How do you want to reach these aims and results with your target group?
üð Which additional resources (support) are necessary?
üð What contents do you have to prepare in advance?
üð Is there a balance between programme and free-time activities?
üð Is there a balance between working on the main topic and time for getting to
know people and sharing their personal and cultural backgrounds and experi-
ence?
