It indicates that congestion occurred in the Long Duration Call Supervision function. It indicates block RE if the subscription of block LDCS as an RE user is not successful when reactivating the Long Duration Call Supervision function at system restart. Block LDCSmust subscribe to call event "Handover to CLCOF". The printout can also be received indicating block LDCS. This occurs if no idle LDCS individual is available when selecting a LDCS individual to supervise the call. The number of LDCSindividuals may be increased.
