Scapulohumeral Ligament
Movie for broad-band (300kbps)
Patient position: seated with the
shoulder abducted to 90 degrees.
Tear the paper backing away from the
central portion of the tape, leaving the
backing on the tails.
Holding the Kinesio Tex by the tails,
apply 50-75% of available tension in
the middle 1/3 of the tape. Apply the
central portion of the tape to the lower
end of the acromion.
Apply the ends of the Kinesio Tex
with no tension to the anterior and
posterior aspects of the shoulder to
cover the shoulder joint.
Completed Kinesio Tex application
