a. Baltic and Scandinavian Ports: from 2 p.m. if Master's
notice /as per Cl.12/ has been given before noon, or
from 7 a.m. next working day if Master's notice has
been given within ordinary office hours after noon.

b. Other Ports: upon Master's notice /as per Cl.12/ being
given, or if agreed in Box 30 on expiry of the number
of hours as stated in Box 30 /Sundays and holidays
excepted/ after the Vessel is ready to deliver the
cargo and Master's notice /as per Cl.12/ has been given.

11. Freight

/Section /a/ and /b/ are optional but section /a/ to apply
if section /b/ not specifically agreed in Box 35/.

12. Demurrage/Despatch Money

a. Demurrage in loading shall be paid by Shippers/Charterers
at scale rate in force on the date of the Charter Party
or at the rate as stated in Box 22 per running day or
pro rata.

Demurrage in discharging shall be paid by Consignees
at the rate as stated in Box 27 per running day or
pro rata.

b. Despatch money at half the demurrage rate shall be
paid by Owners on laytime saved in loading and/or
discharging, as the case may be.

c. Demurrage/despatch money at discharging port to be
settled directly between Owners and Consignees without
prejudice to the terms of Clause 27.
