Checklist: Chapter 3 Creating a Member Server Baseline:

Use the following checklist to ensure that you have properly implemented all security settings and procedures prescribed in Chapter 3.

Configuring the Member Server Baseline Policy:

	Step	Reference:
	Create Member Servers OU.
	Create the Member Server Baseline Policy (MSBP).	For example, Enterprise Client - Member Server Baseline Policy for the Enterprise Client environment.
	Link the MSBP to the Member Servers OU.
	Import the appropriate security template into the newly created MSBP.	For example, the Enterprise Client - Domain.inf for the Enterprise Client environment.
	Configure additional Terminal Services settings within the DCBP.	Path within MSBP: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\Windows Components\Terminal Services\Encryption and Security.
	Add domain-specific groups to User Rights Assignments.
	Disable Error Reporting within the MSBP.	Path within MSBP: Computer Configuration\Administrative Templates\System\Error Reporting.
