1. Team Members
Describe here the project team members and their main responsibilities in the project.
Describe also, who is the project leader. His responsibility is to ensure that the project advances according to the timetable given in the next section.
2. Timetable
Estimated a timetable for the project; how do you think the project will advance:
-when will the requirements be ready
-when will the design document be ready
-when will an initial prototype be ready
-when will the tests be completed
-when will you finish the implementation documentation
-when will you finish the test report
-when will you finish the user's manual
-when will the project be fully completed, i.e., the customer starts using the software
Describe also how the workload is distributed among the project members, and an estimation of how much work is it for each member.

Describe in this section how the project actually advanced. Write down the actual dates when you finish the documents and the work hours that it really took to complete the documents.
