Read the postcards and answer the questions.
Dear Mark, We're all having a great time. The weather is fantastic and the hotel is perfect. There are a lot of other English guests and we've met a nice couple from Essex. We're going out for a meal with them this evening. The babysitter speaks good English, so it's easy to communicate. Hope you're well. Rachel XXXXX |

Dear Nigel, Well we're here at last. Everything seemed to go wrong on the way here. There was fog at the airport so we just sat there for three hours. Then there were no vegetarian meals left on the flight. Finally, the coach wasn't there to meet us when we arrived. We took a taxi and it cost a fortune. I'd like to say the sun is shining but it isn't. Love Moira |
Dear Geoffrey, You're right about the glacier - it's spectacular! We're sitting in a café looking at the mountains. There's a volcano in the distance, but we don't know which one! Thanks for the guide book, it's been very useful. It's too bad you're not here with us. Hope your leg doesn't hurt too much. All the best Oswald |

Phil, Just a quick postcard to say when you come here in September, you should not, and I repeat not, go to Atticcolli beach. It was very crowded and the water looked particularly unhealthy. There's a much better beach a few kilometres up the coast. I'll tell you all about it when I get back. Stay cool, Lionel |
