Dear Sir/Madam

I am writing to complain about the flight to Florida that I made with your airlines on 12th June this year.

Firstly, we were three hours late boarding the plane and nobody was able to tell us what was the reason. This was unacceptable. Secondly, the flight attendant was very rude and unhelpful. I had trouble with finding my place in plane. Stewardess told me he was too tired to help me. At least but not last I would like to write about in-flight entertainment, which supposed to be the latest. In fact I saw that movie in TV two weeks before the flight.

I demand some compensation for the problems I had flying with your airlines. I hope the matter will be resolved shortly and it will get better with time. I look forward to hear from you.
