•    Positive self-presentation

•    Showing own weaknesses

•    Conformist attitude

•    Making an opponent angry; anger

•    Subtle word manipulalion that results from the ambiguity

•    Blocking the continuation of subjects that are dangerous to an interlocutor

•    quoting unascertainable authority

•    emphasising the "unbiased business status"
