Conflict
Every negotiations cause potential conflicts. Premises thal increase the probability of coming into conflict are as follows:
- strong interdependence,
- one party has overwhelming advantage over the other party
- negotiators do not accept tlieir roles,
- disagreement between team members,
- there are no elear negotiation competencies,
- communication hindrances,
- one of the parties has unreal, excessive demands.
