Three Sizes

Approximate finished diameters • 7”, 7", 8" Refer to General Information and Instructions on pages 3-4.

Choose ribbon width according to size of finished bow deslred.

1 yard No. 5 ribbon = approx. diameter 7"

1 yard No. 9 ribbon = approx. diamoter 7" 1-1/3 yard No. 40 ribbon = approx. diameter 8"

Additional ribbon for optional tails:

18" No. 5 ribbon 20" No. 9 ribbon 24" No. 40 ribbon Staplcr Craft giue

TAILORED BOW 1 • No. 5 ribbon

Cut the 1 yard length of ribbon as follows: 7". 11”, 15". The remainlng short piece is for center wrap.

Shape one of the 3 ionger pieces into a circle. overlapping ends V.

Flatten circle and staple through center to securo.

Repeat wilh other two pieces.

Arrange loops In layers with the longest on the bottom. Staple the 3 pieces together at center Lay short piece of ribbon across Staples. Bring ends to back and glue to securo.

To add optional tails: Glue the ends of two 9" lengths to back center of bow

TAILORED BOW 2 • No. 9 ribbon Follow instructions for Tailored Bow 1. Optional lails: Glue the ends of two 10" lengths to back center ot bow.

TAILORED BOW 3 • No. 40 ribbon Cut the 1-1/3 yard length as follows: 10".
