Round 4. (single crochet in each of the first 3 stitches, 2 single crochets in the next) do 3 times around (15 single crochets)

Rounds 5 4 6. Single crochet in each stitch around (15 single crochets)

Round 7. (single crochet in each of the first 2 stitches, 2 single crochets in next) do 5 times around (20 single crochets)

Rounds 8-11. Single crochet in each stitch around (20 single crochets in each round)

Round 12. (single crochet in each of the first 2 stitches, single crochet the next 2 together) do 5 times around (15 single crochets)

Begin stuffing body with fiber as you work

Round 13. Single crochet in each stitch around (15 single crochets)

Round 14. (single crochet in the first stitch, single crochet next 2 stitches together) do 5 times around (10 single crochets)

Round 15. (single crochet next 2 stitches together) 5 times around (5 single crochets)

Slip stitch into the next stitch and fasten off leaving an 8" length of thread for sewing. Body should look like photo 1.

Ciosing body part openings...

Once body, head and limbs are stuffed (making surę not to over-stuff)... use a needle to weave ending body thread through the front chain loops of each stitch madę on the last round (see photo 2) . £ently puli the thread to close the opening. When opening is pulled closed...secure thread closed and run that same thread back through body to the outside and leave for now (see photo 3).

Round 1. Chain 2 and make 6 single crochets in 2nd chain from hook (6 single crochets around).

Round 2. 2 single crochets in each stitch around (12 single crochets around)

Round 3. (single crochet in the first stitch, 2 single crochets in the next stitch) do 6 times around (18 single crochets)

Round 4. (single crochet in the first 2 stitches, 2 single crochets in the next stitch) do 6 times (24 single crochets around)

Rounds 5 4 6. Single crochet in each stitch around (24 single crochet in each round)

Turning round head into an oval...

Round 7. Single crochet in each of the first 2 stitches, 2 single crochets in each of the next 3 stitches, single crochet in each of the next 9 stitches, 2 single crochets in each of the next 3 stitches, single crochet in each of the remaining 7 (30 single crochets) Increases should be on opposite ends (see photo 4 on next page).

Round 8. Single crochet in the first 4 stitches, 2 single crochets in the next 2, single crochet in each of the next 13 stitches, 2 single crochets in each of the next 2 stitches, single crochet in remaining 9 (34 single crochets around).
