To select the AVINPUT modę:
1. Press the PROGRAM button on the remote control, the main MENU appears.
If the clock has not yet been set the LANGUAGE SELECT and CLOCK SET menu will appear. In this case, select the language and set the clock, refer to instructions book.
2. Press the numeral button to the VCR SETUP menu appears.
3. Press the numerał button of the AV INPUT sigh to select the REAR modę. (for VHR-5425)
4. When finished, press the PROGRAM button to erase the main MENU.
1. Preset the VR103(CAR) to the neary center position.
2. Confirm that the frequency at the center of VR103(CAR) is between 3.35 MHz and 3.47 MHz.
When within this rangę, unnecessary to adjust it.
3. If the reading of frequency is less than 3.35 MHz below, adjust VR103(CAR) so that the frequency becomes 3.36 MHz ±0.01 MHz.
4. If the reading of frequency is morę than 3.47 MHz above, adjust VR103(CAR) so that the frequency becomes 3.46 MHz ±0.01 MHz.

1. Input the 3.58 MHz CW signal to the VIDEO INPUT REAR terminal.
2. Adjust VR107 (Y/C SEP) for the minimum 3.58 MHz CW signal level as shown in Fig. 2.2.6.
