12-4 CONSTRUCTIONS
• Remove the handlebars.
REMOUNTING
Remount the handlebars in the reverse order of removal and pay attention to the following points:
• Install the handlebars with the punched mark @ aligned with the matching surface ® of the handlebar holder.
• Set the punched mark © on the handlebar clamp forv
• Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts to the specified torque.
[1] Handlebar clamp bolt: 25 Nm (2.5 kgf-nrf, 18.0 Ib-f
NOTĘ:
When tightening the handlebar © and then tighten the bolts
• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE to the throttle cable and their hole.

Align the “A” mark on the throttle grip with the hole on the throttle rotor.
