REMOUNTING

Remount the handlebars in the reverse order of removal and pay attention to the following points:

• Install the handlebars with the punched mark @ aligned with the matching surface ® of the handlebar holder.

•    Set the punchecł mark © on the handlebar clamp forwafd.- ■, \

•    Tighten the handlebar clamp bolts to the specifieęi tóręjueV

[5 Handlebar clamp bolt: 25 Nm (2.5 kgf-m, 18.0 lb-ft)

When tightening the handlebar clamp bolts,dirst tighten the bolts

CD and then tighten the bolts'

• Apply SUZUKI SUPER GREASE to the throttle cable and their hole.

.Sgn 99000-25030: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” (USA) 99000-25010: SUZUKI SUPER GREASE “A” (Others)

• Align the “A” mark on the throttle grip with the hole on the throttle rotor.
