These pattern details should be used in conjunction with the Form-A-Lines General Instruction sheet.
“Out at...” means bring the needle from the back of the work through to the front. “In at ...” means take the needle from the right side of the work through to the back.
On many sections of this design some holes are used morę than once.
Butterfly
Wings
Shown on wing 1.
Out at A in at B Out at C in at D Out at E in at F Continue this sequence until the wing is complete.
Stitch the other two wings in the same way.
Antennae
Back stitch the antennae following the completed diagram on the next page.
Body
Ninę beads make up the body. Bring the thread out at X. Add the beads and in at Y.
Trumpet mouth Out at R in at S Out at T in at U Out at V in at W Continue this seąuence until the trumpet mouth is complete.
Flower 2
Stitch flower 2 in the same way as flower 1.
Leaves
Shown on leaf 1.
Out at 1 in at 2 Out at 3 in at 1 Out at 7 in at 4 Out at 5 in at 7 Out at 1 in at 4 Out at 6 in at 7
Stems
Shown on stem 1.
Out at 10 in at 9 Out at 8 in at 7 Stitch the other leaves and stem in the same way.
