The following text is taken from a guide to doing Staff appraisals. The words in italics are in the wrong form (for example a verb is written instead of a noun or an adjective instead of an adverb). Read the text and change the words in italics to the correct form.

Staff appraisals are very important. They can make the difference between a committed, successful team and a personnef disaster. However, they can also be tricky to get right. Here are some basie guidelines.

Set a time and datę for the appraisal and stick to it.
