Sweeping Foot & Straight Foot

Step One: Thrower feints Sweeping Foot or makes actual attempt to execute Sweeping Foot throw, Photo #1.

Step Two: Receiver shifts weight to błock throw and becomes vulnerable to throw to opposite side. Thrower pivots on bali of left foot, places right foot in position for execution of Straight Foot throw, Photo #2.

Finish in Photo #3 shows completion of Straight Foot throw. Added snap has been given by sharp movement of Thrower's right leg as throw is executed.

Sweeping Foot & Innercut

Step One: Thrower feints Sweeping Foot throw or makes actual attempt to execute Sweeping Foot throw, Photo #4.

Step Two: Receiver shifts weight to forward foot to avoid foot sweep and becomes yulnerable to in-side hook, Photo #5.

Finish in Photo #6 shows completion of Innercut throw.
