2.3.5B. Therapy for the rhomboidei major and minor. P lying on side.
Starting Position: P: Lying on left side; right shoulder flexed approximately 90°. T: Standing and half sitting on couch, with left side against P's abdomen and chest.
Grip: T's left hand grips P’s scapula dorsally along the medial border. T’s right hand grips P’s upper arm at the shoulder.

Procedurę: Using this grip, T gradually and maximally pushes in a lateral, ventrcd and caudal direction against P’s scapula.
Stimulation of Antagonists: T retains grip. T then asks P to move further in the direction of stretching, and resists that movement to stimulate P's antagonists.
