Make a dark blue double card (14.8 x 10.5 cm). Cut out two circles (0 10 cm), one from azure card and one from dark blue/pastel blue duo-colour paper. Cut the Lace border in the second circle. Cut every other groove and fold them into a fan.

Stick it on the azure circle and cut it out with a 0.5 cm wide border. Stick sticker dots in the corners. Cut two 0.7 cm wide strips from pastel blue duo-colour paper and two 0.3 cm wide strips from azure card and stick them at the top and bottom of the card. Decorate the card with a suitable 3D picture.
