Folded card: fawn 241 (13 x 13 cm) • Paper: fawn 241, birch green 305 and Mac 435 • Fun eyelets: pink • Eyelets: green and pink • Marjoleine’s design paper • Dark pink gel pen
Cut a square (12 x 12 cm) out of the design paper and stick it on the card. Stick template 3 on fawn paper and emboss the outer lines of the diamond and the eyelet holes. Mark holes for the eyelets. Stick the template on birch green paper and emboss the middle sections and the lines around them. Mark holes for the eyelets. Cut out the diamond using the third linę. Cut four smali triangles out of lilac paper. Stick all the pieces on the card and draw some backstitches. Place the template on the card and mark eyelet holes in the corners. Make holes and punch eyelets into the card.

White and purple gel pens Take a piece of lavender paper (10 x 15 cm), draw lines 4 cm from both sides and fold the flaps over (see the diagram on page 32). Fold the lavender paper open, stick template 6 exactly in the middle and cut out the sections
of the butterfly’s body. Emboss the lines of the body and the eyelet holes. Stick the template on patterned paper, cut out the wings of the butterfly and stick them on the lavender paper next to the body. Cut the head of the butterfly, including the antennae, out of winę red paper and draw the face. Use the lines of the outer sections to make the antennae. Stick the head on the lavender paper. Stick the template on white paper and cut the sections out of the wings, just as for the tavender card in Butter-flies. Mark the eyelet holes. Cut out the wings and stick them on the purple wings next to the body. Make holes and punch the eyelets into the butterfly and the lavender paper, making surę the lavender paper is not folded double. Fold the lavender paper closed and stick the bits that overlap i cm to each other. Take a strip of patterned paper (15 x 6.5 cm) in a matching design and use a corner punch or corner scissors to decorate the corners. Draw some backstitches. Slide the strip of decorated paper into the butterfly card.
