•Giving the individuals the appropriate attributes according to the adopted criterion.
•Homogeneity testing of the studied units in a given time interval by means of taxonometric methods, e.g. k-means algorithm.
•If the units do not differ from each other (one cluster), one model can be specified for all units tested.
•In the case when the units differ significantly, then the units should be grouped into separate clusters and the outliers should be separated. A separate model specification should be madę for each cluster.

•From the whole set of obtained data, only those that are statistically significant in the model (p value < 0.05) should be selected using the multiple regression (stepwise progressive).
• Yariables that are not statistically significant should be excluded from the model.

• After estimating the model, it is important to verify it using multidimensional significance tests (including Wilks, Pillai, Hotelling, Roy).
