PERSONAL QUALITIES
I would like to describe what personal qualities and qualifications a person would need to my job. J work as an MCM officer in the 9th Costal Defence Flotilla. It is not easy way to become the MCM officer. First, if a person wants to do my job he has to complete studies in The Naval Academy before. That is why educations is very important for my job. Of course, he has to go through all commanding levels. When he becomes a commanding officer of ship, he has to complete his education. He has to graduate a postgraduate study. After that, if he gets a promotion he will works as an MCM officer. On the other hands not only education is very important. He has to be ambitions and he has to have special predispositions to do my job. For example, he has to keep fit every day and he has to be resistant by hardship and by sea. He has to become a professional every day, so he should learn a lot. A computer is indispensable in my work so he should operate it. Nowadays he must speak English so he must learn it a lot and speak it better day by day. In edition, if he wants to get a promotion he has to have a good command of English. He also has to command people, that is why he must be exact, eloquent, polite and firm. Finally, he should know that he will be a guest at home.. And he has to be composed and keep a secret of many things.
