Patient Position: Seated. Apply the
base of the tape to the inferior border
of the occipital bone.
Forward bend and rotate the head to
the right side. Place the left tail of the
tape over the muscle prominences of
the posterior cervical muscles.
Forward bend and rotate the head to
the left side. Place the right tail of the
tape over the muscle prominences of
the posterior cervical muscles.
